It&#039;s a case of &quot;the buck stops here.&quot; Compare that statement to the aftermath of Waco, when it was asked of Clinton if he would be taking responsibility for the aftermath. Clinton&#039;s response was something like, &quot;well I don&#039;t know, you&#039;d have to ask the attorney general&#039;s office.&quot;

Now what you can expect is for the liberals to try and get more from Bush: &quot;We got him to admit he was responsible for Katrina; now we have to get him to admit that Iraq was a mistake and it&#039;s all his fault.&quot;

it doesn&#039;t help his cause out:

President Bush on Tuesday that &quot;I take responsibility&quot; for failures in dealing with Hurricane Katrina and said the disaster 
raised broader questions about the government&#039;s ability to respond to natural disasters as well as terror attacks. &quot;Katrina 
exposed serious problems in our response capability at all levels of government,&quot; Bush said.

And Clinton is Mr. Clean - it was Monica who had the stain on her dress :-)</description>
