DMN just printed what President Bush said, and he meant it. It's a case of "the buck stops here." Compare that statement to the aftermath of Waco, when it was asked of Clinton if he would be taking responsibility for the aftermath. Clinton's response was something like, "well I don't know, you'd have to ask the attorney general's office." Now what you can expect is for the liberals to try and get more from Bush: "We got him to admit he was responsible for Katrina; now we have to get him to admit that Iraq was a mistake and it's all his fault." RLR I disagree. DMN just printed what President Bush said, and he meant it.

"Katrina exposed serious problems in our response capability at all levels of government," Bush said.
