From an article at FOXNews.com.
Coalition forces launched the largest air assault in Iraq since U.S. forces invaded that country in 2003, the U.S. military confirmed Thursday.
I see this operation as an opportunity to take the fight to the insurgents, as well as a solid way to have the US Military working with the Iraqi Military to identify and remove some of the cancer that is eating at Iraq.
Prediction: The Democratic left will not recognize this as a military operation, but instead will claim that “Bush did this because his approval numbers are so low.” They’ll make this claim because they can’t get past their “Hate Bush” attitude, and because they can’t believe that a President wouldn’t be interested in their approval numbers.

Bingo. Anything good that happens in Iraq is simply a photo op for the President, say Dems.
This was VERY important because 1/2 of the soldiers were Iraqis. My husband is Air Assault as well as Airborne and served with 3/187 (Rakassans) of the 101st, the same unit that did this operation, and they’re very skilled and it’s a great military ability to have.
I have started tuning these critics out. They aren’t sincere.
I’m happy to say that I made this prediction, and then heard Rush Limbaugh say the same thing about an hour later on his show.
I don’t think I’m able to read the Dem left as easily as Rush, so much as the Dem left repeats the same lines so much, that it’s becoming very old, very quick.
For example, Bush does something [anything], and the Dem left reaction is 1)Hate Bush, 2) Bush Lied ™, and 3)Culture of Corruption and/or 3b)Halliburton or Big Oil.
