FBI Raid on William Jefferson
So, now, let me see if I have this right.
William Jefferson, Democrat from Louisiana, was caught red-handed in a sting operation taking a $100,000 bribe.
The powers that be went “across the street” to the Other Building to see a judge and get a warrant so that the FBI could go into William Jefferson’s office (LEGALLY) and home to get all the necessary evidence to convict his bribed butt and turn him into a girly-man for some large inmate (or several) at a federal prison.
Instead, just about everyone [Democrat and Republican] is complaining. Not about the evidence.. but about the fact that the warrant came from “across the street.”
Bullchips on everyone throwing a fit. Jefferson is guilty. Let the warrant stand. Indict the dimwit. Stick him in prison.
