		<description>If that had been the story, then I&#039;d agree. But what bothered me is that the story spent most of the hour displaying just how stupid those Homeland Security people are. They arrested Bug because they thought he was someone else.

Yet the other guys that rescued Bug did so by simply opening up a letter that he got, and just like that they knew that Bug&#039;s idenity had been stolen. Just by opening a letter? 

Those Homeland Security folks... they gotta be some kind of stupid, because they didn&#039;t think about opening Bug&#039;s mail. Or doing a background check on Bug. Or anything. They just arrested him.
