What Are You Crowing About

So the other day, global-warming genious Sheryl Crow said:

I propose a limitation be put on how many sqares[sic] of toilet paper can be used in any one sitting.

For what it’s worth, Sheryl is now saying:

And by the way guys, the toilet paper thing… it was a JOKE!!

And yet it’s spreading as fact. Go figure.

  • Damage control? From the sound of things, it wasn’t meant as a joke.

  • I’m not entirely so sure. I mean, I think that Sheryl is on her own plane of reality – along with the other global warming goofballs – when it comes to the whole climate changing issue.

And maybe it is damage control. Or maybe the general consensus thinks so little of Sheryl Crow that a statement that was meant as a joke, was interepreted as a real suggestion.

When you consider what was said, it’s easier to believe that it was meant as a joke in the first place, than trying to analyze or figure out how it could have been meant seriously. Occam’s razor.
