Aloha Daze

Typically, my “job” is to write about political issues. I try hard to keep away from personal things, because I want to seperate myself – and Aloha Daze – from “just another personal blog.” Maybe I make a difference when I write my entries. Maybe I don’t. But I always try and do so from two points of view: 1) to inform and 2) to entertain. If I can get both POVs to occur within the same posting, I’ve accomplished my duty.

But sometimes I’ll want to do things that are not always to inform. Sometimes not always to entertain. Perhaps something somewhere else entirely as well.

In this case, I’m here simply to entertain… as well as toot my own horn. And why not?

So. The following is a music video I put together from photographs and videos that I shot at Waikiki. Specifically, it’s at Queen’s Surf Beach, which is at the “end” of Waikiki Beach. I hope you enjoy watching, and listening, as much as I enjoyed putting it together.
